How can I get my RGB still working? 3 pin - 4 pin

Ok I have a cpu cooler that has a 3 pin plug that needs to be plugged in somewhere.   It looks like one of those 4 pin RGB plugs with one of the holes plugged.  

 

I also have 3 fans that have 6 pins I need to get working.   

 

The only header on my motherboard is a 4 pin rgb.  It says JRGB1.   

 

I have a controller for the fans but again it has that plug with the pin blocked.  So 3 pin.   It also has a connector that says VDG.  Seems to be a 3 pin connector but only 2 wires.  

 

How can I tie all this together to get it working?

3pin = 5v 
4pin = 12v
6pin = custom 

 

dont connect 5v stuff into 12v  ☠️
