Im am haveing problems with my quadcast.

I have ben using it fore a cupple of years and it has been working good, till now

The self hearing tghing in the microphoneis compleatally gone, this happened when i accedentally pushed it while i was gaming sinse i am useing the original stand.

Does anyone know what i can do to fix it or is it broken?
