Hello, this is my first time posting here so I am sorry if i didnt provide the right information but here is my Problem:

for about half a year now, I've been experiencing an issue where my computer randomly fails to boot up when I try to start it. The LEDs on the GPU and motherboard light up, and the fans start spinning, but the Easy Debug LEDs on the motherboard indicate a CPU issue. Sometimes the computer boots up without any problems, but when the issue occurs, I have to restart the computer 8 to 10 times before it boots up properly. Otherwise my Computer works perfectly.

Here are the specs of my computer:

  • CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8x 3.80GHz So.AM4 WOF
  • Motherboard: ASUS ROG Strix B550-F Gaming
  • RAM: 32GB G.Skill RipJaws V black DDR4-3600 DIMM CL18
  • Power Supply: 650 Watt Corsair RM Series RM750 Modular 80+ Gold
  • Storage: 1000GB Crucial MX500 2.5" SATA 6Gb/s SSD, 2000GB Seagate Barracuda Compute ST2000DM008 3.5" SATA 6Gb/s HDD
  • Case: NZXT H510 Midi Tower black (white/red €1 cheaper)
  • Graphics Card: Asus ROG STRIX GeForce RTX 3060 OC 12G
  • CPU Cooler: Arctic Freezer Xtreme Rev.2 Tower Cooler
  • SSD: PNY CS3030 XLR8 M.2 NVMe GEN3 500GB

I've had this computer since 2021 and initially didn't have this problem. I haven't made any changes to the BIOS, and the RAM speed was automatically set via the XMP menu. After that, there were no issues for two years. I would greatly appreciate it if you could help me troubleshoot this problem.
