Molex will just send full voltage, you need to plug them in to your motherboard or a fan controller to have the speed regulated.

If i use a molex to fan adaptor will the fans run at max rpm?

  i want the fans controlled by the temputer of my computer atomatically

depends on the type of the adapter there are 12V 7V and 5V adapters available.

12V=full speed

7V=low noise

5V=Ultra low noise

To run your fans according to the temperature of the system you need a T-Balancer fan controller.

Yup, they will run at full speed, but you can buy low noise adapters form Noctua, or make your own with a couple resistors.

Best way to get automatic speed control is to plug the fan into the motherboard.
