PC won't turn on again after turning it off randomly

Hi! This is my first post on this forum, I have a problem that is starting to worry me (mainly because I don't know how this power supply works).  2 months ago I decided to upgrade my PC (graphics card and psu) I will leave a list of my components so you have a better idea of what could be happening. Also sorry for my english not my native language.

CPU: Ryzen 5 5600X (no overclock i think)

GPU: 3070 Gigabyte Eagle 8GB

PSU: Gigabyte Aorus P750W 80 Gold

Ram: 16GB DRR4 3200Mhz Adata

Motherboard: X570 Asrock Steel Legend

Storage:

3 Sata SSD

1 M.2 SSD

1 M.2 Nvme

The problem started from the first week that I was with the power supply, here in Argentina (where I live) the previous month there were many power outages, the first time it happened and the electricity came back on I tried to turn on the computer. I tried to turn it on and saw that the fans turned for a few seconds and then it turned off again, also when I try to turn it on it makes a kind of metallic sound. And at not having had an experience like this before, I decided to unplug it from the power cable and plug it back in after a few minutes. It turns on and works fine as if nothing had happened, at that moment I thought that maybe this was the way to protect the components from a short circuit, functioning as a kind of safety lock, but it still causes me concern, that's basically why I'm here making this post.

The gpu it's used, but i did it all the stress test i can and it works fine, It never turned off in the middle of a gaming or stress session even. The psu it's new from what I know and i have local warranty so i can return it. Also the psu has and B in the psu list so that's why i trust that psu.

If you need more details or information just comment and I will get it to you as soon as possible, so far the PC is still working, but it is to find out if there is something wrong with my PC or if it is something that is normal.

I really hope i can know what's going on with the psu (if it is the psu), It will help me reduce the stress of thinking that my computer is about to explode. At the moment, hope you can help me ❤️
