Poco F5 stuck in miui recovery 5.0 boot loop

Hey have a problem i cant get out of the boot loop!

if i go to reboot it send be back same with safety mode! i dont want to wipe my data! i had a systemupdate and wanted to do it today but something went wrong and i dont know what happened one second i look at my phone all ok and the next im in miui recovery! please help!

 

CPU: Intel I9-9900K Motherboard: Asus ROG Maximus XI CODE RAM: 32 GB Corsair Vengeance PRO 3200MHZ GPU: Asus ROG 2080ti OC Storage: Samsung 970pro 2x1TB, 2Tb HDD Case: Lian Li PC O11 dynamic, Cooling:custom loop incoming, for now 360 rog ryujin!
