Looking For EGPU Recommendation

Hello all, looking for some assistance, as I'm completely unfamiliar with EGPUs. I have a 2019 Dell XPS 15 7590 laptop. I have 32 GB Kingston Fury DDR4 2666mhz ram, and a 1TB Samsung PRO PCle 4.0 NVME SSD. My limiting factor for any games is the built-in graphics card, so I started looking into EGPUs. Apparently they can get pretty pricey. Does anybody have any recommendations for an affordable EGPU that already cones with a built-in graphics card, that would work with what I,ve got for light to medium gaming? Any help much appreciated.
