I got a few questions in then got a page not found error.

edit: new link worked, though you might want to specify a time period for how much people have spent on gaming equipment. because 800+ is not very much in a life time of gaming.

I'd prefer if I had the option of multiple choice you could use the forums in built poll + maybe add a strawpoll.

It's easy I will type in how to do it and you can edit your current post versus creating a double post of the same thread.

Here is the instructions:

After you create a new topic click the "manage topic poll" then type out the question + variable answers

I did the survey, but I often play both pc and xbox, (pc wins in graphics btw, no question) so I had to pick only one, and that was pc.

I'm sure many people also play on two different platforms, and that should be an option on the survey.

BTW the "how much have you spent in the last 5 years" question won't give you very conclusive answers. I'm a VERY budget constrained gamer, but 5 years is a long time, so I had to hit 1500+. I'm expecting that a majority of people will select 1500+, try changing that to 1-2 years.

ive been working on it but for some reason that website only allows you to let people choose multiple answers for some questions

No offense, but the poll is already flawed on question 1. It might have been better to phrase it as "Which is your preferred system to game on?". People game on PCs, they also game on consoles, handhelds and even their smartphone. Locking someone down with what do they game on without any clarification isn't going to provide any valuable data.
