old ek supremacy evo on 13700k, best combination jet plate and insert ?

Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum, I'm looking for help from everywhere to resolve my doubt.
I wanted to mount the WB EK supremacy evo from 2017, via the original bracket for lga1700 on my 13700k, the problem is that I don't know which combination of "jet plate and insert plastic" to use, I have 3 jets: 0.10mm 0.25mm and 0, 30mm and 2 inserts.
In the manual there are 5 combinations for am4, lga 115x, 1366, 2011 and 2011v3.
I contacted ek and they told me that the best solution is the one for 115x which includes insert 1 and j2 (0.30mm).
According to what technical assistance told me, the combination of the 2 pieces varies based on the cold plate, i.e. the part in contact with the IHS, but I don't understand how this is connected, i.e. the cold plate is always the same, the thing that changes is the cpu socket.
What doesn't add up to me is that in the manual it changes based on the socket.
I thought the combination was based on the absorption in watts.
What do you have to advise me? Thank you

You still need the proper LGA 1700 mounting plate, don't you?

Even if you use the original LGA 1700 backplate.

The jet plate and inset is to optimize water pressure and flow through the cold plate.

LGA 1700 is more of a rectangular socket, rather than square (vs LGA 115x and 1200).

I would recommend you try the LGA 1366 configuration (I1 + J1).
