Budget (including currency):  2000/2500 CAD (maybe 3k depending if they have a payplan)  (preferably a prebuildt)

Country: Canada

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: All new modern games

Other details Currently have two 1080p monitors might go for 1440p later on. they do want raytracing in games because they care more ab aesthetics than fps.

Can't really help you about Canuck prebuilts but general advice :

- Avoid OEM (Dell, HP) like plague, they're sort of like some politicians and influencers, alluring outside, rotten inside ! 😛 

- Larger/more known brands tend to have cheaper prices but lower value and worse support
