oculus quest 2 randomly sleeps during play

i have started to have this issue after playing for long amounts of time when you wake it from the sleep (power button)  it may start playing normally, or the oculus button doesn’t work until restart, oculus  completely stops tracking my controllers till i restart

wd-40 is god there is no other god than wd-40 wd-40 is the solution to all problems
