Something's wrong with my laptop, And It's REALLY annoying

hey there, my Lenovo ideaPad "gaming" I5AH7 Laptop with intel core i7 and RTX 3060 (I don't know if these are required datails) does not charge very well. It had 76 percent and a hour later It got to 79 percent. What the fuck is going on with my computer?

 

edit: I am so dumb, I just remembered that I downloaded an app that limits the battery becouse I always use it plugged. sorry if there are mistakes since my main languge is not english.

Is this while gaming or doing anything intensive?

How much power does the charger have, and what were you doing while it was charging?

English is not my first language, so please excuse any confusion or misunderstandings on my end.
