MPC error

When I watch video, the bar with the timeline / buttons changes in fullscreen...

 

in not fullscreen it look like this

but in fullscreen it changes it lose all buttons and I cant change sound in fullscreen...

 

I try to fix it I re install stuff now I get this error It cant go away...

I use svp for high frames work fine until I get sick of the bar in fullscreen now It wont work anymore... plz help
