Small highquality monitors

I'm after a small monitor to have under my main display preferably smaller than a 16 inch as that's too big.
The only problem I'm finding is that everything is trash quality. Horrid colours terrible resolutions etc.

with the millions of tablets with decent screens does someone make something around 10inchs with a decent quality display?
