Monitors losing inputs while computer is running

My computer remains running when this occurs but I can’t interact with it beyond holding the power button. I checked event viewer and there are no events that signify any problems when it happens. Last night, I ran an antivirus  and discovered a trojan on a MAME rom I downloaded. Today I went through and did a privacy and safety check up. I enabled bitlocker on my files through window settings and turned on ransomware protection. I noted some exe’s were given a pass for my system on the file access notification portion and cleared them. I can’t find a cause for the error as it has happened three times so far. 1. Was entering information on a website. 2. Left game after playing it for 15 or so minutes. 3. Ran 3Dmark and stepped away to find it blacked out but not humming.

The first time it happened I recorded what happened. Note: My speakers are plugged into my monitors.

I have two guesses but I’m pretty unsure in myself. C-State has caused me problems in the past and popped up when I googled issue, I checked my Bios to find it set to default. My graphics card is having problems accessing files because of the randomware protection?
