keyboard redragon k561rgb visnu keys issue

when i unboxed my keyboard that i got from ebay and plugged it in i noticed that everything worked except for ctrl, windows key, alt and couldn't hold down backspace.
It never did this with my old keyboard, so i plugged in my old one aswell and it did the same.

help plz :))
