My ports aren't working

The back ports for my pc aren't showing any signs of life. My monitor knows it's plugged in but doesn't show a signal and my keyboard isn't turning on.

New PC? Old? Worked before? Do you have a GPU? What's your spec? What version of Windows? Is it freshly installed?

It's a newer PC only had it for like 3 months and it was working perfectly fine yesterday. The specs are a 3090 Ti with an i7 1400k
