GPU showing different name after driver install

Alright i have an rx580 8gb and after i have downloaded driver and installed them its showing rx 570.

 

And yes, im sure it is rx 580 that i have.

It shows rx570 but preform as rx 580, do you think it has to do with the drivers.

Like I suggested, please post a screenshot of the GPU-Z output and any pictures of the actual card.
