I just need someone to clarify that if I remove the cpu and ssd and put it in an entirely new pc will it still have like all the stuff on it like os and stuff?

Yes. As long as the disk is not encrypted and windows is able to load windows with the other drivers. I would backup and make a clean install instead, but you can do the other thing. If it isn't able to load, you need to boot in safe mode and remove the drivers causing the problem.
