What could be the release date of LabVIEW 8.0 Beta 2 ??

I downloaded and installed the program from following website:-

https://archive.org/details/labview-8.0-beta-2-windows

It's LabVIEW 8.0 beta 2, it is a beta version and its functionality and look is exact like 8.0 original release and it needs 1GB install space.Does 8.0 beta is made on LabVIEW 7.1 version or it is built from scratch ? Also what's release date of this 8.0 beta 2 program?

It's not activated version,only evaluation and NI ftp also has different LabVIEW versions to download,isn't that also piracy?
