Hi, i recently build new PC whit these specs:

R5 7600 

RTX 4070S Eagle

Gigabyte B650 Gaming X AX

G.Skill 32GB CL28 5600MHz 2*16

Kingston KC3000 1TB

Be Quiet Pure Power 12M 850W

500GB HDD

 

but i have problem with micro lags while i am using browser, discord or when i just using windows like file explorer etc.

While playing game everything is normal, no lags, no fps drops, temperametures are normal.

I have latest win version, drivers, latest bios version.

 

does anyone know what to do with it?

That specific motherboard has been linked to having issues. You are not alone having these issues with that board. Generally expected to have micro stutters in game though as well so thats a bit uncommon. Which browser are you using? In discord do you have the setting  on for hardware acceleration?

i am using chrome but i also tried edge, a yes i have hardware acceleration on in discord
