Server fans

Hello, I have a question I have a HPE DL360 gen 7 will the fans work in HPE DL360p gen 8 or no. I looked it up and found nothing I don't know much about servers but I have a server that is racked in a DC and the fans are kinda meh, I had one die on me and now anther one decided to take a major shit on me. any help would be appreciated. 馃槣
