Recommend a GPU please

Hey Guys, Please recommend a gpu. I do not play games much but it would be great to have option to whenever i will get time. my current specs are 

CPU - Ryzen 5 2600

GPU - R7 250X

Ram - 8 GB

MoBo - Gigabyte B450M

 

Requirement is mostly Watching Movies and light gaming, budget is low to moderate

6600XT or non XT. However, depending on budget and what games you want to play as well as at what resolution.

for a low budget, the rx 590 is decent enough. should be about 100usd

thanks for the replies i am thinking of switching to 1440p monitor does that change things in terms of movies and games and just for info my PSU is Corsair CV 750
