Help with a new build vs a prebuilt

Budget (including currency): under 2000$ cad

Country: canada

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: AAA games, I would like to start playing with AI

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

I've always built my own PCs but my last PC was around the time of the 980ti launch. For the past couple of years I haven't even owned a gaming PC.

I saw this deal on a prebuilt tower and was wondering if I can build my own PC for less. https://www.lenovo.com/ca/en/p/desktops/legion-desktops/legion-t-series-towers/-legion-tower-5i-gen-8-(26l,-intel)/90ut000wus?cid=ca:sem|se|google|shopping_else|gs_notebooks||90UT000WUS|9939988307|101472481835|pla-2269174642070|shopping|mix&gad_source=1

4070 or better is required. All help and suggestions are welcome.

Thanks
