FPS suddenly dropping down in Minecraft

Hi, I recently bought a new PC with an RTX 4060, When I try running MC Java in Vanilla, it got me around 1000 FPS, After a few months, It suddenly dropped to 400-600 FPS. I have know idea why It suddenly drops, I didn't do anything. Also, When using shaders when I recently bought the PC, The GPU utilization is 100%, now It's only 20-30%.

Idk, did you somehow limit your fps and disable the shader?

Also: is minecraft using the 4060 or integrated graphics?

DO NOT use vanilla, make sure that you are using a client or mods. Optifine can greatly help, and for more features use lunar or badlion client, which has the sodium mod.
