Internet "glitching"?

Hello everyone,

 

I'm not an expert when it comes to internet but where's what's happening.

 

Since one month ago, my internet is acting weird, for example, websites opening like a HTML page, web browser saying that the connection was replaced and

pictures on websites show a icon of a torn paper. I don't know what's going on.

 

Is this a problem with my router? Because I tried the 2.4Ghz and 5GHz band and even ethernet and the problem is still there.

 

I'll send some picture of what I'm trying to say. I'm sorry for the quality in advance.

And when I switch to 4G/5G I hit refresh and the page opens like it should be.

  1. Type of internet connection?
  2. Make/model of router and ISP device?
  3. Speeds being paid for?
  4. Have you tried power-cycling the router and ISP device?
  5. Have you tried using another DNS like Google, Cloudflare or Quad9?
