7950x3d power limit?

He everyone!

I just finished building my PC, only my 2nd so far, but had some questions about power/thermal limits.

 

I have a 7950x3d paired with an MSI x670e Meg Ace.

 

Running cinebench 2024 my score comes to about roughly 2000 on multi core, but while monitoring on Ryzen Master I noticed my temps were 73, and CPU was not surpassing 100 watts. I tried changing TDP from auto to 175 watts in bios, but that didn't seem to change anything. 

not sure what to target in bios to fix these limits.
