EU Gamecube on UK Power Lead

Tehkast

Quick one,

I brought a gamecube guy was from Sweden originally so has EU plug brought a adapter etc wondering If I could just buy a UK gamecube lead would that work or cause issues?

Works fine on adapter btw just wanna get rid of it as super bulky

The device should have a recommended VAC voltage and frequency range. As long as that's within spec for your country's electrical distribution system, then adapting the connector isn't a problem.

AC power cables are just extensions with two ends, what those ends are don't really matter as long as it properly interfaces on both ends.

Mainland Europe and the UK have the same mains voltage (230V/50Hz), so it'll be fine.

English is not my first language, so please excuse any confusion or misunderstandings on my end.

I like to edit my posts a lot.

and even if it didn't, you could acquire a voltage transformer to make it work
