"you'll know the temperature range of your GPU, PWM area, and VRAM simply at a glance." (just an idea)

What CPU? Is it overclocked?

Nvm I can see from screenshot 5600.

Did you do any undervolting on the cpu?

You wrote about ICX, and this is ICX https://www.evga.com/technology/icx.asp

I just thought there's more to a gpu than just the NVidia chip, Ram can also get too hot, and I thought this might show it...

I would save your current bios settings then do an optimized reset. Leave Ram at stock voltage. Then try to see if you are getting a crash.

Tested rams speed to 2400mhz tested like every speed and xmp mode 1 and 2  and auto.Idk anything about voltage so Im not sure about this topic rly.... Tested ram speed what I had before with rtx 2070s and same ram in setup and still same results.

+ tested new kit 2x8 only in pc and still same

and all in stock i tested in beggining (ram)

"Ram can also get too hot"

Did you understand I meant VRam ? the Ram chips on your gpu could also get too hot.

I understand this is a long shot, but those leds might show if VRam gets too hot. Or does your HWinfo report VRam temperature ?

I think it does. Idle was 60C its written like (temperature between connection gpu memory)

But for sure no led was on while playing or crash.

Found this also, on the EVGA ICX page : "EVGA 10-Series iCX graphics cards have 9 additional thermal sensors (1080 Ti K|NGP|N has 11) and multiple MCUs. All sensors can be displayed in EVGA Precision XOC and OSD."

You could try to display those sensors OSD while gaming, probably MSI Afterburner can do that as well

🙂 thanks for trying,

When you push 1 you get curves.

When you push 2 you can choose which sensors to display with those curves.

select "Monitoring" then select sensors and curves should become available when scrolling.

For OSD, well select "On-Screen Display"

But curves should do for a start, they record a long time
