Do you have a 500 GB Seagate One Touch external SSD? It sounds like that's what the Windows installer is detecting. I'm not sure why it would have a 1 GB partition at the top, that could be for any backup software it came with. The other partition is the one you normally store your files on, and from the looks of it, it's pretty full.

Like the error says, the Windows installer won't install Windows onto an external USB device.

Sounds like your internal storage drive died and is no longer detected.

I sold my soul for ProSupport.

So I have to buy another internal hard drive and start over? If so then thanks couldn't figure out why some things weren't popping up and with the things that did nothing could happen with it and yes its a Seagate I don't know why it did the partition either I haven't touched it

Probably. If the installer could see your drive, it would show you something besides your external SSD (even if it reported an "unknown" partition with some nonsense size.)

If you've been running a mechanical hard drive this whole time, do yourself a favor and get any name brand SATA SSD. The difference is night and day.

There could also be something else going on (loose cables if it's a desktop, Windows not liking the chipset without additional drivers, you have the SATA mode set to RAID instead of AHCI...), but if the computer's been "stuck in a BIOS loop" then I'd suspect a bad drive first.
