Only things id change would be these 2

Frost tower is cheaper and should be basically the same thing, or you can get the phantom spirit which is slightly better for an extra couple $

Verbatim vi5000 is currently at 92$ and is basically the same thing anyways (dramless gen4), at 105$ id be more inclined to go straight to an adata premium at 120$ cause that extra 15$ gets you a much faster dram gen4 ssd

Otherwise this is basically what id make as a partlist

I would also be inclined to spend the extra 20$ for a b650 livemixer and maybe an extra 10$ on a triple slot card like the hellhound but even the b650m hdv/pro rs is already overkill (14 usba + 2 usbc, vrms capable of handling an oced 7950x, ddr5 9000+ capability) board wise though i dont think theres any real excuse to not get the thickest card you can find unless you need the lower pcie slots which basically noone uses anyways

Thank you for the parts list  any recommendation for AIO Cooler instead of air cooler

why? air coolers perform just as good as AIOs

but if it's for aesthetics look at these

Deepcool LT520 85.85 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler (R-LT520-BKAMNF-G-1) - PCPartPicker

Corsair iCUE H100i RGB ELITE 59.1 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler (CW-9060058-WW) - PCPartPicker

Cheap option - Deepcool LS520 SE 85.85 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler (LS520 SE) - PCPartPicker

ARCTIC Liquid Freezer II 240 56.3 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler (ACFRE00046A) - PCPartPicker
