Looking For Wireless Headphones

Looking for a wireless headset to use at work. I'm a software developer and like to listen to music (shocker) and am clueless when it comes to audio. I'm currently using my Galaxy Buds2 Pro which are nice, but wearing them for the whole workday starts hurting my ears and I'm getting tired of it. I started looking into some headsets, but I have no idea what is good, so here I am.

 

What I'm looking for:

• Budget is around $300 (USD), but can go higher if justified.
• Wireless with a battery that will last the whole day, or at least a workday (8h).
• Closed-back.
• Audio passthrough is a must since I'm working in an office and need to hear if someone needs me.
• Don't care for ANC that much, but it's a plus.
• Works for Windows/Mac/Android.
• Bluetooth multipoint would be nice to have since I'm working on both Windows and Mac machines, but not a deal breaker.
• Microphone sounds good enough for calls.
