First time pc build

Country: usa

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: warframe, diablo, forza some video editing. 

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): starting fresh, will be using TV as main viewing devicice for the time being. 120 fps 1080p or 4k60fps gaming (using upscaling of some sort is fine by me). Coming from a series x just finally have the urge to build my first pc. I have 2 kids 6 & 4 and I'd like for them to have something they could learn various skills on as I didn't have that option growing up. Looking to get starting building withing the next month or so. I dont use a keyboard and mouse to game. Thanks in advance I hope I got all the info needed in here.

Silicon Power is absolute dog water, I wouldn't recommend it for storage drives, possibly wouldn't for Ram either. I see Silicon Power stuff in my shop all of the time for failures. Their SSDs especially, Ram not as much but still more often than other manufacturers. It's not worth recommending especially when you can get better stuff for cheaper or the same price.

No. The 7600 runs cooler, uses less juices and gives you near identical performance.

I decided to do it anyways, was 10$ more for the 7600 vs 7600x. I'll keep an eye out on stock in the mean time though.
