Remove the CMOS battery ( silver round battery ) for 5 minutes, put it back in and try again.

I realized that I had my USB plugged in and unplugging that> rebooting> allowed it to boot up

I purchased a Ryzen5 5600x and a B550-a Pro. I, unfortunately, received one that had not been flashed to support my CPU. I flashed it using a usb stick and the bios button on the MB. Appeared to go smooth, pc rebooted after. I put the CPU in and it booted to bios fine, all was well. I shut it down after I confirmed the bios had been updated and booted up today and the CPU light is back on the MB. Unsure of what could have happened.

remember to set boot disk as primary boot device when done installing windows in bios 😄 then you can forget as many USB's you want.
