my first build

Go to solution Solved by Blasty Blosty,

I would go for something like this - https://nl.pcpartpicker.com/list/NmcVHG

Budget (including currency):  around 1500 euros ( max 2000)

Country: netherlands

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: fortite and similar games

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

i want to game at 1080p 240 hz, but i have no idea what i need to spend more on and what i need to spend less on.

Thanks for the help.

7800x3d + 7900xtx + 32gb 6400c32

Pretty much the best thing you can get for a hair under 2000€

Manually set ram freq to 6000 so you dont have to bother stability testing and whatnot, can run these to 8800+ if neccesary for future cpus due to being hynix a die based (basically enable xmp and set the ram frequency to 6000 and you are good to go)

Board will handle an overclocked 7950x and it has 14 usb a ports (6 rear 8 internal) + 2 usb c (1 rear 1 internal) and do 8000+ 9000+ ddr5 easy so dont worry about the board not being good enough cause the b650m hdv is ridicolously overbuilt, and hey looks like my predictions for the desktop apu imcs likely being really good just like they were for previous gens (renoir 4400-4600 ddr4, cezzane 5000+ ddr4 1:1 fclk) wasnt wrong
