These components get pretty damn hot. Its why most high end gaming laptops dont last more then 3-4 years before heat death. Chonker laptops are needed for the higher end parts.

 

Can check reviews of your laptop and see how it compares, if its really far off you can try repasting, but that may be a royal pain in the ass depending on how they setup the laptop.

Nothing to see here....high performance components in a laptop chassis means high heat.

 

You could ptm7950 the cpu and gpu though , Would help a little bit.
