It's ok but the 4060Ti is really bad value

Budget is rather tight for a prod+gaming build, so I'd get AM4, you can swap the 5900X for a 5700X saving 100EUR but losing 4 cores

Also went for 2TB NVme and 64GB RAM, can be reduced as well, but I think should help
