Help me secure my devices please!

Hey everyone! I've been noticing some strange activity with a surge in phone calls, my email being hacked and now mail for other people at my business.  I need some really good advice about starting from the ground up.  I have all mac devices.

use complicated passwords with a password manager to keep track of them
