Case fans stopped working

All i did was update my graphics driver to the latest update then all my case fans stopped working, They are no longer detected in the bios and i reverted the driver update and it still doesn't work.
Please help

It may help if you provide any information about your system. What fans are we talking about? How are they connected? Are you using a hub? What software? Detected by what? Are they spinning? Are they showing in BIOS? Are we talking about just case fans or CPU fan as well? What motherboard and which header(s) are they plugged into? Really, any information at all would be helpful.
