Custom keyboard layout on Android 10

Good evening everyone!

I type both in French and Russian. But when I type in Russian I use a custom layout that I made myself and am used to.

Here is my custom layout :

On windows no problem, "Microsoft Keyboard Layout Creator" (MSKLC) can be used to create such a custom layout, But I recently bought my first ever smartphone and have no idea whatsoever how to do that In Android.
Help would be greatly appreciated,

Well apparently the Linus team has more time to give to try useless gadgets than helping on concrete issues.
