Why can’t I send a picture

So I have this issue where I try to send my friend a picture, but every time I try there is a blue line that goes all the way to about 95% across my phone and it doesn’t send it like laggs. It only happens with one person. The issue persists even when I have full bars and 5G. I’ve restarted my phone like a lot and I’ve also turned IMessage off and on.

if it only happens to one but no one else, then likely issue on there side, not yours.

But they were able to send me pictures.

Right, but chances are its something on there network they are connected to, or a setting on there phone.

Makes sense, any idea what the issue is?

I tried sending the same image to a different person, but I encountered the same issue, maybe it’s the picture?
