Streamlabs optimal settings for my pc ideas??

I've seen tons of videos on people saying use this or that settings I can't find a fine line on what settings to use for recording. There's always different videos with different settings. I understand most of us have different PC's so let me tell you what mine is.

 

GPU: 3060 12gb pc

CPU: i5-12400f

RAM: 32 GB downloaded(downloaded is a joke)

Monitor: 1440p 185hz 

 

My streamlabs is setup to record however when replaying my clips they're fine except here and there where FPS clearly went down massively however I don't notice it as I'm gaming.
