Looking at the dimensions, it seems it might be a skitch too big to fit in one of the dedicated sleeves, though you can still toss it in one of the larger main compartments. 
Measurements from Dell & LTT respectively; 
M18: Height: 1.05" (26.7 mm)
Width: 16.15" (410.3 mm)
Depth: 12.59" (319.9 mm)

LTT Backpack:  Max laptop size for largest sleeve: 11.25 x 15.5 x 1.25" (28.575 x 39.37 x 3.175cm or 285.75mm x 393.7mm x 31.75mm )
