parts issue?

so I have ben having issues while trying to play VR with my pc crashing.  I need to unplug one of my monitors and try multiple times to boot steam VR to get it to launch and pressing play on a movie on big screen crashes the pc.  i have :

 

Ryzen 5 260

vengeance LPX (2x8)

ROG strix 570-E gaming wifi 2

pystar 1000 gold power supply

EVGA Geforce RTX 3060 

WD 500GB 

860 EVO 2T

980 pro 2T

2 Samsung odyssey 4k 144HTZ monitors 

 

I have tried updating drivers I have wiped the whole pc and redownloaded windows and all games and the problem is still there.
