Hi, I'm looking to build a system to game on a 4k TV. I plan to use fsr balanced upscaling, and am targeting 60fps in the latest titles. Linked below is my current part list. The GPU is used from a local website - hence the price.  Please suggest any improvements I can make to this build and advise on roughly how long it would last.

Thanks in advance!

These parts are about as good as you can get for buying brand new parts in this budget. This will easily do you for a couple of years.
Just remember if down the line it doesn't meet your needs you can upgrade parts when you have more budget.

Would it be better to spend more money now on better hardware, or upgrade later on if required? I would ideally like the system to last a while but am also open to upgrades.

I mean with a bit of patience a 5700x3d could be a great buy to allow you to easily get a better gpu later.

However your board is really bad struggling to handle 8 cores due to really poor vrms

A bit more but will be fine
