Pc not booting after bios reset

I wanted to load optimized defaults on my b650 aorus pro ax and now it doesnt want to boot after i saved and exit, i tried running one stick of memory to no avail. What could be the issue? Ive always had weird issues like my bios freezes when i use search icon, settings dont always save sometimes i apply them and then go to bios and find that they didnt get saved. The red light flashes on vga then goes to dram then it restarts then repeats again. I did have the igpu disabled and resetting settings enables it back could that be the issue?

Update, i kept trying each stick alone and then gave up and just put the 2 sticks and it just worked, it said boot failure detected so i clicked on reset settings and restart. Could there be something faulty or is it just the bios messing up?
