Does the GPU block the M.2 slot you want to use?

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

Hello, I wanted to ask If I need to remove my gpu if I want to install an m.2 drive? my MB is: B460M-A PRO, and I have a 6500XT. Also will this ssd be fine: PATRIOT P300 512GB M2 2280 PCIe SSD? Will it hurt my gpu's performance or no? Thanks.

No it shouldn't effect performance

Performance will be unaffected by the presence of the SSD in the M.2 slot. Your graphics card's PCIe slot won't experience any reduction in lane count, or a change in the PCIe generation.
