I bought a AIO last year from ID-COOLING and its served me well (frostflow 240x) and as of 3 days ago it started making a sound i can only describe as the pump rattling. I think its a air bubble stuck inside but any help/knowladge on it would be great.Im attached a video of the sound, butagaimn im not too sure what it is as it only popped up recently.

How is the radiator oriented?

That is the impeller rattling because there's not enough water. Take the whole thing out, put the pump low with the tubes up to get all the air out, and shake the pump a bit to get more out. Reinstall it with the tubes coming out of the top of the pump instead of the bottom. Make sure to keep the radiator in such a position that all the air that left the head stays trapped in the rad.

How was it installed? Rad position, tube orientation?

I've been using computers since around 1978, started learning programming in 1980 on Apple IIs, started learning about hardware in 1990, ran a BBS from 1990-95, built my first Windows PC around 2000, taught myself malware removal starting in 2005 (also learned on Bleeping Computer), learned web dev starting in 2017, and I think I can fill a thimble with all that knowledge. 😉 I'm not an expert, which is why I keep investigating the answers that others give to try and improve my knowledge, so feel free to double-check the advice I give.

My phone's auto-correct is named Otto Rong.🤪😂
