I like it!   I would opt for the Peerless Assassin SE120 for cooler, its slightly more expensive but significantly better. It comes in a nice RGB version as well 🙂 Its such a good cooler that you can use it with more powerful CPU's later for your next build or upgrades.

I would move one of the three front fans from the case to the rear as exhaust or buy an extra fan for the rear.

Other than that I don't have much to complain about. One can always tweak here and there to save a buck or two but overall its good.

Hinjima approved 👍

The 4070 Super is to release on January 17th so I would wait and see its price and check the current 4070's price. Maybe it drops a little 🙂

Agreed, I'd also swap the PSU for a BQ PP12M, it has a 12VHPWR plug and is cheaper

You want a board with better VRM's than that Asrock board .. otherwise your build looks fine.

Here's another option but no ARGB in order to keep the cost down. The 120mm fan goes inside the back of this case for an exhaust fan.

Hello... I would go with this Build instead. I swapped out the Motherboard, CPU Cooler, M.2, Case, & PSU. I also added 2 extra Fan Packs so that you can max out the Fans inside the Case. 3 for the Top of the Case, 2 for the Top of the PSU Shroud, and 1 to replace the Fan in the Rear so that all the Fans have ARGB. I also added a Fan Hub to control all the Fans and a GPU Support Bar. I did a little research and I looked into the pricing of the new RTX 4070 Super and it looks like it will be a MSRP of $599.
