Graphics Issues?

So I was playing Valorant while watching a stream at the same time and suddenly my monitor black screened. I restarted and it said input detected but didn't work, the second time I restarted it works. This has never happened before. Now its very very laggy and slow. My wallpaper from wallpaper engine is laggy and buffs alot. I am using DDU right now to try to see if re installing drivers helps. I have no clue why this is not working. Thanks.

RAM: Corsair Veangence RS (4x8 gb sticks)

Power Supply: Corsair RM650x
Headset: Razer Blackshark V2
Keyboard: Corsair K70 Pro Mini (Speed Silver switches)
Mouse: Razer Viper Mini
Only changes I have made is I sold the 2060 for $235 AUD and bought a Powercolor Red Devil 6700 XT for $400 second hand (it was barely used, think I scored a deal on Ebay with that).

I love Photography (Using a Canon 60D)

Love F1, my favourite team is Ferrari and my favourite driver is Leclerc
